What can you learn from this game?
Feeling gratitude, expressing it and experiencing it being expressed to us is a very positive, intimate experience, and therefore a simple but effective way to deepen relationships and make the participants feel powerful, happy and important. How often do you tell people you know that you are grateful to them for something?
Do you want to improve? Keep playing, at other times, in other places, with other people!
Try to find something to be grateful for in every interaction you have with others - even if it's the first time you’ve met someone or only for a short interaction! Find that one small thing that makes you feel positive about the other person. Share it with the other person in as many situations as possible and observe how you feel and how the other person reacts!
