What can you learn from this game?
Nowadays there are so many situations (e.g. at school, at work, in relationships) where it is important to be able to cooperate with others. To do this, it is essential to be able to listen to each other, to hear each other's ideas and opinions, even if we have a strong desire to share our own. It is also important to be able to listen outwards, to give feedback, to react to what we hear. With sharing our own opinions and ideas, we can also contribute to the success of the joint work. In the end, everyone may contribute to the joint result. Some people might have more ideas included and accepted by all parties. None of these are easy, but they can be improved with practice.
Do you want to improve? Keep playing, at other times, in other places, with other people!
Once you have a school plan, continue the discussion! You are the headmasters of the school, so describe yourselves. What are the qualities that would help you to be a good headmaster, and what would you like to improve in? What image would you like to paint of yourselves in front of the students? Share these with each other and then discuss how you could work together if you two were to run the school of your dreams! Work together to come up with as detailed a plan as possible!
